Area 15

"Done!" Shade turns the truck engine over.

"Good, let's get to Cabele's. This truck has Gps, give me a sec and I'll put in our route." I start messing with the gps. "Shali, get that girl in the truck, NOW." I order, tossing my staff to Chris.

Chris catches it and straps it to the bed of the truck using the suspender cables in the back.

Shali rolls her eyes, tossing Tara into the truck and climbing in.

As soon as she gets securely in, Shade guns it.

"Yeehaw!" I shout, blasting a zombie with a shotgun as we drive by.

"Loose your hand or loose your head, it can't hurt cause you're too dead!" Chris sings as he shoots the zombies.

"Okay, our plan is to get as many guns, but more ammo. Grab knives and such as well. Anything fire related, another must. If it's occupied, let me negotiate." I point a hand out the window, grabbing a zombie's throat and blasting it with lightning.

"Pistols and Shotguns are the best way to negotiate!" Chris says, reloading and shooting another zombie somewhere, he couldn't tell.

"Yeah." I cover the barrel of my shotgun with lightning. "Always wanted to do this." I say, shooting a zombie right in the chest. The blast drags the lightning with it. "Badaboom, badabang!"

Shade whips the truck around the turns, doing an excellent job concentrating given the circumstances.

We arrive. "Ben, Shali, random girl, guard the truck. Shade, Chris, you're with me, let's go." I get out and ready the shotgun. "Either we have zombies or gun nuts." I say, looking at the vague fortifications around the building.

Chris hops out and follows.

Shade slowly eases his way out, approaching the fortifications cautiously.

I take my staff and point it at the door. "Cover your eyes." I say, readying a blast.

Shade does not.

Chris holds out his hand, sparks fly from his palm. "Now now, no need, I'll handle this." He presses his hand on the glass door and it shatters.

Shade yawns.

"Okay then. New job Chris; Smasher. You break things for me, k? Good. " The building is full of zombies. "Looks like we got zombies that were gun nuts. Great." I step in front of Chris and lightning up my shotgun, firing repeatedly, then slam my staff down. A wave of force blasts the remainders. "Start looting."

Shade sings as he wanders, seeming to avoid everything by pure luck.

I start comparing shotguns, sniper rifles, and smgs, putting the best in a pile. "Chris, collect ammo, Shade, find something that shoots lots of bullets for Shali."

Shade grabs an AK-47, an AR 15, and an M16.

Chris takes every ammunition pack he can find and puts them into his laptop bag, it is a very roomy laptop bag thank you for asking.

Shade scuttles around, looking for grenades to tinker with.

There aren't any out where they could be bought. "Check under the counters, Shade." I say, selecting my pair of smgs, my sniper rifle, and my shotgun. Chris, carry these out and put them in the truck. When we're done here, we go to Walmart and hotwire one of those big ass delivery trucks."
