Area 15

"Your turn!" I slam the scythe into the outer wall, that same green power making it cut the brick like it did the zombie flesh, and head back in to help get stuff. "I'll grab some stuff..." I run up into our parents room, look around, and find what I'm looking for. "SHADE! Headsup!" I say, tossing a sheathed broadsword to him.

While the rest of them are inside, Ben remains outside, bolts of magic going in every direction, not necessarily killing the zombies, but flinging them around like ragdolls. He does this for a while, before stopping and slamming the butt of his staff into the ground. A shimmering dome begins to envelop the area directly around the house, pushing zombies back as it grows. "Feel free to hurry up, this won't last long!"

Tara wakes up in the rather comfy chair facing the TV. She'd snuck in before, seeking refuge in the closest residence she could find. The sound of voices rustled her awake, inducing a sense of panic into her. She hadn't realized that this house was occupied, so her immediate response was to try and sneak away, without drawing notice.

Chris ignores whatever sound was being made by Tara and continues to Nic's old house. "Rest in peace..." he whispered as he climbed up to their loft and into the older Chris's old room, he pulls out his sword and jumps out, landing on a zombie's face in the middle of the street.

I run after Chris, taking Nic's strangely large assortment of sharp objects and bows, shooting an arrow at a zombie about to jump on Chris's back. "I got ya covered brotha!" I yell out, tearing up a sheet to strap the rest of the stuff to my back. I tie another sheet to the bed and use it to climb down the window. "Let's DO this!"

Shali immediately turns, spot's Tara, and tackle hugs her. "Taaaarrraaaa!"

"Alright, let's get the hell out of here..." Chris says as he dispatches of 3 more zombie's torsos.

I cover him with more arrows, drawing the double blades to engage a trio running up from behind. "Catch and dual wield!" I yell back, throwing Nic's sword towards Chris.

Chris catches the second blade and sticks both of them through zombie eye sockets. "This will work, at least for now..."

"I AM A BANNANA!" I scream the battlecry of the bannana people and remove a zombies' head to either side of me. "YEEHA!"

"Now now, softer as you're getting older, eh?" Chris says as he kicks a zombie down the sewer drain...thing...

"I want a shot gun... This is Texas, start looting, Chris!" I yell, pointing at the nearest house. Integrity? Fuck that. I want a shotgun!

"Jaime....Go look in the house right across from mine, he has one in his garage." Chris cuts two more zombie's heads off with swipes of his blades.

"Let's go!" I say, sliding the dual blades back into each other and holding my hand out for a sword. "Let's fuck some bitches up on the way, eh?"

Chris smiles and tosses him his secondary blade. "Like we always do."

I hold the blade in both hands and focus. Lightning runs up and down the blade. "Death to undeath!" I run screaming forwards, holding the blade out to the side and electrocuting anything dumb enough to be in my way.

Shade, surprisingly, catches the blade in his left hand. In a well practiced motion, he flicked the scabbard off, catching it and slipping it through his belt. Swinging around, he points the blade directly at Tara, glaring as he slips his pack upon his right shoulder.

"Now now, be nice to the undeath..." Chris says with the most sarcastic smile on his face, he slices three more and lightnings the fourth. "So I can get a shot in."

"Your fuuunny!" I answer, impaling the next zombie to look at me. "Kazap!"

"Shaaaade! Stop that! Tara's not a threat, she's a sweety!"

Shade growls, a pure animalistic sound, deep in the back of his throat, glaring. The blade does not get lowered.

Chris slashes a zombie clean in half, smiling an evil grin, to those who know him, this grin could only mean one thing...

I hold the blade in front of me. "Fast as lightning," I say, dashing forward and electrifying the zombies in the area where I stop. "And twice as deadly."

The smile goes away as he puts on a straight face and speaks. "We can be well about this, can't we?" He says, walking towards Jaime. "After all we are Gentlemen of Science, Sciencemen." He stabs a zombie as a psychotic smile appears. He approaches a zombie and speaks. "Look at it, the passion, the furry." he says, realizing that he said furry instead of fury.
