Area 15

"C'mere, Jaime. I got a jump for ya."

Chris nods then sprints to the house, grabs the supply bags and then Ben by his collar and walks out, puts the bags on the ground and then he lets go of Ben.

"K." I hold out my hand. "Sorry, lightning isn't the most efficient form of teleportation, but it's the only one I got."

"Oh, almost forgot, supercharge time!" Chris tosses a 6-pack of root beer at Jaime.

Shade rubs his hands over his necklace before rubbing them together. Large strands of lightning form between them, before jumping the lot of them into Jaime's hand. The equivalence of this charge is quite nice to a lightning User.

"Yeehaw!" I absorb the lightning, and glance at the house. "Hold on, porting in various supplies.... NOW! Catch!" A small pile of food, a rifle and ammo, and a pistol land on the ground in front of Chris.

Chris takes everything except the guns and puts them into his laptop bag, he opens a small pouch and pulls 2 gun sheaths, one for the pistol and the other for the rifle, the throws the pouch back into the bush from which it came. He equips the guns and loads ammo into the clips.

"Okay, there's a gun shop a good walk this way." I say, leading everyone in a direction. "We loot whatever we need."

"If ya say so."

Chris sighs and grabs Ben by the scruff of his collar, he drags him and follows the others.

"Guns are boooring.."

"So, does that mean you don't want one?"

"Don't give her either of those. We'll get her a spray and pray." I say, taking my staff as we leave. I slam it on the ground and lightning crackles up it. My scythe in the wall glows green and turns into smoke, which I then breath in.

A blade appears in Chris's right hand, with his other weapons sheathed, he searches the bushes for a greatsword sheath, the blade was as black as night, and was as cold as a winter's eve, an after effect of swinging it caused a blue light, kinda like a lightsaber only 20,000 times more awesome. Chris sheathes the blade and continues with the others.

"No time to get high, Jaime. I prefer a sword, but you others might need more."

"Funny, Shade. Chris, use your phone and look up how to hotwire cars. Shade, Shali, y'all're on looting for keys duty. Ben, you keep your eyes sharp and alert us if something's sneaking up. I'll handle primary slaying duty." I strap the rootbeer to an easily accessible location, and drink it. If watching, one could see that the rootbeer is charged with lightning. "My own recipe. Don't drink it if you can't handle lightning."

"I can hotwire."

"So basically I can drink it as well, right?" He says, whipping out his phone after sheathing the MASSIVE blade. Quickly typing on the horrible auto correct cell phone, the internet was slow but at least it worked.

"Good. That truck there is in beautiful condition. I should know, our neighbor was obsessed with it, get to work. You're also on driving duty. Chris, give Ben the rifle, use the pistol and both of you get in the back and shoot anything getting too close. I'm calling shotgun, Shali, you and that girl get in the back seats." I've gone into leader mode and am already drawing the shotgun. "Keep my staff beside you, Chris."

Shali mutters and grumbles. "And just how am I supposed to shove her into a seat while wearing a cloak?"

"Got it." He tosses the rifle to Ben with the sheath. "Oh, you should probably take the ammo as well." He tosses the ammunition to Ben. "And Shali, find a way, hide her in the cloak, I dunno."

"Don't care, do it now." I say, smashing the window and unlocking the door.

"Is it a stick? I prefer sticks." With this, Shade runs his hands slowly over the truck door, pressing gently in tree place before tapping it. The door unlocks and swings smoothly open.

Chris climbs into the bed of the car and pulls Ben up. The pistol is whipped out and ready for shooting.

I take my staff and start tapping the truck. Every place I tap sparks with lightning. "There, some extra protection. Shade, how's the hotwiring going?"
