Ceria-Day One

"He's inside, careful, Susi Maylena is at work." She says, and steps back to let her in.

"Ah, I remember her. Artist, but a bit of an abrasive personality." Seeing Earandil, she comes in, giving him a quick hug. "Your outfit is in the vehicle outside, Sir."
"Thanks, I'll be right back," he said, moving into the vehicle to change, its dark tinted, personal privacy windows keeping him concealed.

Another vehicle, this one like a large truck. And not the pickup kind. This truck stopped behind him, and a man stepped out. "Kaley! How's my favorite techie doing today?" he says, pulling her into a hug and ruffling her hair.

"Jake! It's been a while! You got the parts I asked for?"

"'course I did! They're in the truck." He lets her go, and unlocks the back. She climbs in, and the sounds of a tech foci at work can be heard up to six blocks away.

"I'll see about it then, darling." Susi says, and then stops for just a second. "Ah. Kaley's at work. Should be interesting." Susi says measuring Eda's mother.

Her mother is much more cooperative, hardly moving throughout the process.

Earandil steps out of the vehicle in a fine, expensive, highly tasteful and fashionable suit, complete with beautiful shoes.

Jake looks over at him. "Very nice, I like the look!" He compliments Earan.

The sounds from the truck fade a bit, then return in force.

Susi starts measuring Eda's father next.

"Thanks. I'm guessing you must be one of the people Kaley called?"

The human cooperates, grudgingly.

Lara walks silently out of the tall building, carnage still rampaging around her.

"Yup. I'm a techie, like her. Although she's on a whole 'nother scale than me. I've never seen anything like it."

Susi looks at them all, framing them with her hands. "I've got it!" She says, excitedly, and starts defining cuts and shapes to her assistants, who nod and do as she says. A couple of them actually give her some suggestions, and she decides to include them.

"Cool. Apparently I'm a Spirit Talker, though I have other skills."

"Ah, one of the newly freed, or born?" Jake says, showing no change in his appraisal of Earan, despite hearing the title that is sometimes given to the death foci users.

"Born, I have no idea if I got it from my dad or not..."

"Ah. So what's it like, talking to the dead?" Jake asks.

Knowing that if one of the mercs saw the Kitiri sitting there in the hall they would kill it, Lara quickly makes her way back inside to check on it and move it.

"It depends on the spirit. Some are kind, and gentle, others are very hostile. It is always interesting, though."

As she makes her way back inside, she listens for the faint sound of the Kitiri, but does not hear it. A solemn tear streaks down her face, knowing the fate of the creature.

"Ah. I've always sorta wondered. I mean, tech will be my thing, now and forever, but it would be interesting, yeah?" Jake says, looking up. The noise from the truck got even louder, and then stopped. "I think she's done. Wanna see what she's made?"

In the building with Lara, a tendril of light taps her on the shoulder.

Spinning around, the stranger is greeted with a claw to the throat.

"Sure. You know, if there's anyone you'd like to talk to...?"

There is no one behind her, only a rather bright patch of light. "Hi!" A voice says from nowhere.

Susi finishes with Eda, putting her in a nice, green dress with velvet patterning. The patterning was of leaves and vines, in blue.

"Oh! Pretty!"

"Thank you, I do good work." Susi says absentmindedly to Eda as she moves on to her mother. Her mother is dressed in a blue, close fitting dress, with small diamonds in the neck. The whole dress is covered in Drow writings for peace and health.

"I do have a sister that... I lost a few years back. Maybe you could see if she's still around the graveyard? She did like those places." Jake says, opening the back. Inside is Kaley with a small, round sphere covered in circuitry. Wires connected her to a large machine beside her, and the sphere was floating on it's own.

The light shifted. "I'm Kyri, what's your name?" A red robed girl steps out from apparent thin air.
