A War Torn World- Day 5

"IF NOT HIM, WHO ELSE?" The voice asked. "NOVA IS MY PUPIL, BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN HE DOESN'T FEEL REMORSE FOR WHAT HE DOES. HE DID THAT TO ZARE, BECAUSE IT HAD TO BE DONE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS FOR THE WICKED."

((C-Friend?!))

"shali you look kinda spacey are you sure theirs nothing you want me to do"

Shali was silent for a moment. I suppose it was naive of me to think it was someone else. What she didn't add was something she felt about it. "I'm just thinking." Shali lied to Kaze.
((She cut herself off))

"IT WAS NO BIG DEAL. HE FREAKED OUT THE FIRST TIME HE SAW A POPPET AS WELL." The voice said. "THEY'RE NOT A PRETTY SIGHT."

It was also what else happened, although that wasn't Nova. That was Zare, and also how that girl didn't seem to agree with the others. Shali responded to her master, guarding her thoughts from going to one subject.

"if you want i can stay or go"

"GIRL? ARE YOU STILL WONDERING ABOUT THAT TALE?" The voice asked. "I ACTUALLY DON'T KNOW A WHOLE LOT ABOUT THAT. WE WERE BLOCKED FROM THAT DIMENSION FOR A SHORT TIME, BUT ASK NOVA. HE WOULD KNOW." The voice said, sounding annoyed at the fact he didn't know.

"Kaze? Please go." Shali said,not wanting to be interrupted. I would, if he were here. If I go to the city, though, I'll end up having to talk to Avelion.

"OR...YOU CAN CALL HIM." The voice said. "BUT I STILL DON'T KNOW WHY YOU CARE ABOUT THAT TALE. NOVA LOVES IT LIKE A STORYBOOK, BUT IT SEEMED BORING TO ME. NOT ENOUGH DEATH."

*stands up and starts to walk away*
"sooner a later i hope you open up and let me help"

"SORT OF..." The voice said. "IF YOU WANT TO CONVEY A MESSAGE TO NOVA, I CAN DO IT FOR YOU. HE'S LINKED TO ME, AND SO ARE YOU. I CAN RELAY MESSAGES TELEPATHICALLY. UNLESS, YOU WANT HIM HERE. THEN, ASK HIM TO COME HERE." The voice explained.

After Kaze had left, Shali spoke. "Please, ask him to come here."

"ALRIGHT." The voice confirmed. "JUST A..." The voice had time to say, before Nova came poofing in front of Shali.

"Ello Guvna!" He said.

"Nova? I'd like to ask you about one of the people I saw yesterday. The one with my name." Shali said, forcing herself not to look away.

"You mean when that beast showed you the events that led to the end of Frossen?" Nova asked, slightly confused.

"Yes. Their was one named Shali, who didn't seem to want you take Zare."
((No, she's more interested in the other Shali right now.))

"Yes, there was a Shali." Nova said. "She was the only one who cared when I took Zare. She practically begged, while the others just watched." Nova said, in the midst of a back flash. "Why does this matter?" Nova asked.

"Because I wanted to know if you knew why she did." Shali said, already knowing. She wanted to see if Nova could figure it out, though.
((*Sprays water at Levi* Bad boyfriend! BAD!))

"Maybe because she was fooled by Zare." Nova said seriously. "Maybe she fell for his sugar and spice act. She was young, after all, maybe she didn't know any better." Nova concluded. He looked to Shali. "Not saying all young children don't know better, just maybe she was fooled. But, I don't know. I'm no mind reader."

Shali caught herself before she sighed. "It's just that I can see why she did want him to stay. He attacked someone who tried to hurt her, and seemed not to want to forgive that person. And if I remember correctly, that person didn't want them to go either." Shali said, thinking of the little girl called Kia.

"Zare? Save someone? HA! It must have been himself, or maybe his pride." Nova said. "In fact, when did he supposedly save Shali?" Nova asked. "I haven't seen those events in a while ((LIAR!)), and you might wanna refresh my memory."

"When that girl who turned into a snake tried to bite her."
((No, I'm not. Remember? When one of Jaime's char's tried to bite mine as a snake and he tried to strangle it?))

"Oh...that. Big deal. He tried to kill one of Atom's pets, who foolishly tried to return when Atom was retreating. I doubt he cared about Shali, or any of the Frossen, seeing as the same day, he choked Chiyoko almost to death. It was only Shali's luck she was its target." Nova said. He sounded convinced that Zare was evil.

((No, the joke was I was calling Nova a liar. He said he hadn't seen it in a while, when actually he had.))

Shali shrugged. "I also wanted to ask about the other Trent. He acts a lot like the one here. Do you think that maybe..." Shali trailed off, not wanting to ask if that Trent could be the one here.
