A War Torn World- Day 3

The sun rises over a snowy land. It is snowing heavily.
Shali woke up, and starting sneezing heavily. What skin was visible was blue. "Aw, ****." She said, and she opened a barrel and pulled out a blanket. She wrapped it around herself and went out of her alleyway.

Trent wakes up and goes out to get some breakfast.

Shali shivers as she goes into the tavern She sneezes and sits down "Fucking snow.."

Enters the tavern and notices the freezing Shali and orders her a hot chocolate.

Shali sneezes again, shaking snow out of her fur. "Why can't they have a fireplace in here?"

"Because their too lazy" *Hands Shali the hot chocolate and sits down.*

For once Shali doesn't complain that someone did something for her, but instead drank all the hot cocoa in one gulp. "OW! MY MOUTH!"

"How are you today? Besides being cold"

"I am not just cold, what little of my skin that shows is a bright blue. And I am tired."

"I can offer you a room to stay in"

*a strange boy no one seems to know enters the tavern from the cold and sits alone not ordering anything *

Shali stood up, and walks over to the boy. Not saying anything, she wrapped her blanket around him She looked at the few coins she had, then ordered him a mug of hot chocolate. "You need to warm up."

To Shali. "At least think about my offer"

"I accept. Anywhere is better then this frozen hell."

*throws the blanket off i don't need help*

"Just take it." Shali growled, annoyed.

Nova only looked around in amazement at the snow. It had been a long time, and it always reminded him of that faithful day. He let his mind drift a little, and was in a state of half mourning, half peace, until he spoke.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!"
"Nothing, master, I was only admiring..." Nova started.
"DO I CARE?!"
"I doubt it..." Nova mumbled to himself. He was used to this by now.
"THAT'S RIGHT! NOW, I SENSE SOMETHING, AND IT FEELS POWERFUL! DO YOU?!"Nova lifted his nose, and wifted.
"I SMELL HOT COCOA!" Nova yelled in excitement. This was followed by a surge of pain, similar to a shock collar.
"DUMBASS! I MEANT THE..."
"Yeah...yeah, the dragons, I smell 'em. I'm assuming you want me to investigate?" Nova asked.
"YES!"
"Alright, alright, no need to yell. I'm going." Nova answered, and with that the voice was gone. Nova kept walking towards the source of the "smell" until he stumbled upon a small city. By now, he was hungry, and deciding not to eat civilians, he decided on a local tavern. He walked inside, and sat down at an empty table. This place was too "cozy" for him, but he needed to blend in, at least a little.

"damn girl i dont need help" *wanders back outside*

Shali sighs, and sees Nova walk in. She walks over and sits down near him. "Are you going to reject all help to?"

Nova, who was looking down at his lap the entire time spoke, without raising his gaze. "No offense miss, but I don't even know you, and I doubt you can provide me any assistance to..." was all he said, before he raised his head to meet her gaze. "HOLY ****! WHAT ARE YOU?!" He yelled rudely, not have ever seen anything like her. What was this furry thingy?

Shali glared at him. "I'm a neko, doof. And YOU came in here from that BLIZZARD, so you must be cold."

((The only person there that likes the cold is Trent whoi walked in wearing a t-shirt instead of a jacket.))

"No..." Nova argued. "Nekos aren't covered in fur. And no, I'm not cold, seeing as my master..." was all he got out.

"ENOUGH! YOU'RE DRAWING ATTENTION!" along with another surge. Nova winced, and continued.

"I'm sorry, that was rude." He said, extending a hand. "I'm Nova, and you would be?" he asked, trying to muster up some manners.

*Walks back in covered in snow*
"damn its cold out there"
*shakes of the snow and begins to laugh*

"I would be Shali, daughter of none. I assume you wish to see the dragons? I'll show you some." Shali stood up, wrapping her blanket around her.
