Week Two - May the Games (and classes) Begin

Shali didn't answer, looking down.

"After class, we have to get McGonnagal to let you see Dumbledore. He's one of the few that I know of that might have a chance of fixing this."

"...O-okay..."

Lys looks furious, and doesn't look at her for the rest of class.

Shali looks upset the rest of class, wondering why he's so mad at her.

Lys looks for McGonnagal, roaring out her name at the top of his lungs in the Main Hall, still ignoring Shali.

Shali follows with her head down dejectedly. 'What did I do?' cgonnagal comes up. "What is it, Mr. Green?"

"Can we talk with you, privately?"

Mcgonnagal rolled her eyes. "Lead the way..."

He leads her into some far off corner, and begins to explain the situation, stressing the severity.

McGonnagal blinks. "I'll let you two talk to the headmaster..."

He inclines his head to her, which is a rare sign of respect from him. "Thank you, ma'am."

He walks to where the gargoyles are, looking nervous. "Lemon Drops," he says, speaking clearly if not confidentally.

They move aside. "Lys... Do you hate me?" Shali asks quietly.

Lysander ascends the staircase, moving quickly. "No, I just think you were TERRIBLY stupid to have done that. When did you let him experiment on you?"

"A bit before we arrived here..."

"So you had JUST met him?" He yelled, reaching the door.

Shali cringed, and nodded. "I-I didn't know. I just wanted to fit in..."

Lys sighed, shaking his head, and knocked.

Lysander entered, towing Shali behind him. "Good day, Sir. My grandfather wanted me to ask how you were."

"I am well, tell him thank you for me. Should I be asking why you to are here?" Shali hides behind Lys, keeping her head down.

Lysander sighed, looking annoyed. "How much do you know of the Knight experiments, sir?"
