Week Two - May the Games (and classes) Begin

They see Lysander with them, and quickly find other things to do. "Man, I love my grandfather."

"Who's your grandpa?"

"Octavius Green. He owns the largest dragon preserve in the world, is VERY rich, AND a leading power in the Wizarding World."

"...MY mom would love your grandfather..."

"Why?"

"Tell her she's welcome to visit it anytime she wants. My grandfather loves open-minded people."

"Oh, she's real open minded. No need to worry about that." They reached snapes classroom, and he glared at Shali and Hannah again... "Why do I get the feeling that this is going to be a regular thing?" Shali mutters, choosing a seat far in the back.

"Someone obviously spilled the beans. Morning, Snapey!"

Snape cringes at the nickname. "Do not call me that..."

Lys winked at him. "Why? It's cute. Plus, it suits you." There are some sniggers at the back of the room from the other house's students.
((Not sure who we have potions with, hahaha.))

((Gryffindor))
"Detention, mister Green..."

"Why, Snape, that's not very nice. Here I thought we were going to get along, oh woe for my disappointment. Sure I can't get out of that detention? Besides, the GRYFFINDORS were the ones laughing, you know." He puts extreme emphasis on the word Gryffindor, looking right at them. "I thought I saw POTTER laughing, and we can't have that, can we?"
Again, he puts emphasis on the name Potter, smiling inwardly.

((Potter is a second year in this.))
Shali hides a smirk.

"So, you will punish me, a PURE blooded SLYTHERIN, but not the GRYFFINDORS?"
He was continuing to emphasize certain words, looking Snape in the eye.

Snape twitched. "Detention, for all of you Gryfindors as well! And on separate nights! And you two-" He glares at Shali and Hannah. "Detention. Tonight." "What?!? What did we do?" "You can't-" "Detention. Tonight. All three of you."

Lysander shot her a 'Shut up, I tried' look, and flopped down next to them. "Someone clearly let the word go out about you. Who else knows?"

"I don't know, but when I find out-" Shali cracks her knuckles "-I'm cracking some heads."

Lys looked a little nervous at this. "Swear, it wasn't me. Who have you told?"

"Jut Vincent.."

"Vincent..?"

"Vincent Knight."

Lys froze, then looked VERY serious. "KNIGHT?! That family is PURE evil. They do EXPERIMENTS on muggles, often killing their test subjects. He WOULD blab his mouth about this. The only other possibility is if someone heard at breakfast. Who was near us?"

"I-I didn't pay attention. B-but Vincent said that h-he wouldn't tell anyone... Hiding it was his idea.." Shali looked pale, her eyes wide.

"What's wrong? Oh by the gods, tell me you didn't let him mess with you!"
