Paragon City

Ice chuckles, hurrying to the shop.

She comes across a scene of carnage. The shop is in ruins, and the Boss and Psychowolf are standing, facing each other.

"I want to be alone. I want to be left to my devices where I can do what I most enjoy. But your price us too high. Don't trust anyone who offers you whatever you want. They most likely want something you can't give."

"...{Oh dear.}" Ice immediately moves to freeze the Boss.

"Oh my, well worded. Well, if you aren't with me, then you're against me. Just so you know." He turns, and sees Ice. "You again." Ice recognizes him as the one who got away earlier. The ice doesn't touch him.

"H'llo th're. N'ce t' s'e y'u ag'n. H'w ab't w' s'ttle th's w'th a n'ce c'p 'f sh't-th'-f'ck-'p?"

"I ain't with or against you. I'm neutral. Thus I am neither going to help or harm you during your fight with this Bitch."

"You seem to be under the impression that I'd waste my time fighting you. Ta Ta!" He says, and a blinding flash of red light and he's gone. In his place are a dozen red clothed thugs.

Psycho shrugs and he turns to leave, whistling to his wolf.

Ice turns her attention to them, trying to freeze them. "I'm a b'tch, hm?"

One of the thugs shoots him in the back.

"Y'know, I am going to walk away. I have no desire to fight. SO WILL YOU PEOPLE PLEASE STOP SHOOTING ME?!" The bullet wound closes up nicely, spitting the slug out.

"Boss says to kill you. Somehow!" Some of the others start shooting at him. The rest turn their attention to Ice. "Boss says you annoyed him!" Then they shoot at her.

"Y'h, I d' th't a l't." Ice rolls, freezing the guns.

Some of the guns shatter, but the others drop them and move on to using fire. "Burn then!"

Psychowolf lets out a high, piercing whistle, and proceeds to run at high speeds from the fight.

Ice jumps into the air, wings flapping, and tries to freeze their hands.

Ice appears to be able to contain them easily enough. There are too many to freeze at once, though. The ones shooting at Psychowolf keep shooting in his direction.

Psycho cuts a quick corner, clipped by a half dozen bullets, grimacing as the wounds close up.

The thugs are reluctant to follow, as that might get them frozen, so they turn more of their attention to Ice.

"F'ck." Ice taps her com. "I n'd b'ck-'p!"

Wire's voice comes through. "Directing nearby supers... Help incoming in 2 to 3 minutes, hold your ground and find cover."

A male voice comes through. "On my way!"

Psychowolf finds a corner a few blocks away, and goes back to eating jerky, making sure to give his wolf some water.

Ice tries to keep freezing everyone, focusing on the ones with flames.

The wolf growls at Psycho. If wolves could give someone a disappointed look, this one would have given the look to end all looks.
