"What? DAMNIT!" Avelia yelled. "Great. I'm stuck with an idiot guardian and a headache. Shali, why did you have to agree to go to the queen?" "Because I don't exactly LIKE being forced to see her." "Fine. Why did you make the pact?" "You know the answer to that."

Shali rolled her eyes. "I've got no clue what CNN is, and I don't want to know. And no vaporizing our queen, as much as I hate her, we need her. And Travis IS a idiot."

Shali and Avelia flipped him off with both hands at the same time. "THIS is why I hate gods. We WERE thinking. Tracking, dolt!"

Shali sighed and walked off. "Idiots." She muttered, sitting down. Avelia turned to Travis. "You MIGHT want to go talk to her."

"That's your answer to everytime she's depressed. Get the guy we just met to talk to her. Yeah that's safe"

Avelia laughed. "Depressed? HARDLY! More like pissed! At him, mind you. Which is why I think he should go."

*Grabs his hand before he hit*

Avelia sighed, and walked behind Travis while he was distracted, and drew her dagger. She then put it to the back of his throat. "I won't insult him as long as he doesn't insult my little sister."

Avelia blinked for a second, then smiled. "You've never lived on the streets, have you? Everyone test everyones reflexes, particularly if their being idiots. Also, on the streets there's no such thing as help for just the sake of helping." Shali said, having come back. "She put her dagger to you? Get used to it. She doesn't trust. Come to think of it, neither do I. Just because a god likes you doesn't mean we trust you."

Shali laughed. "Trent, street kids don't trust ANY one. Now, Travis, care to explain why you are here, since you obviously aren't from here?"
