Zorvan stares at the rather ugly thing he'd made. "... Whaaa?" He sits down and broods some more.

"Zorvan..." Loup says with a sigh. "You are SO undisciplined." Loup waves at it, and it becomes a hardwood staircase, beautifully carved.

She picks him up by the cape. "No brooding, it does no one any good. While I'm forced to accept your presence, you shall not brood."

"Let go of my cape!" Zorvan says, waving his arms. A bolt of chaos energy flies towards the caves and into one at random. An explosion is heard from said cave.

Loup smacks Zorvan in the back of the head, and in one smooth motion, grabs his ear, dragging him up the stairs.

Zorvan shouts assorted threats as he is dragged.

Woari stared up the stairs, taking a deep breath before starting to climb. She kept her eyes on the step in front of her. 'Don't-look-down, don't-look-down...'

"Quiet, Zorvan, I have a staff that I WILL shove in your rectum and twist if you keep it up." Loup's eyes flicker red for an instant, and his voice gets slightly deeper and rougher.

"..." Zorvan shuts up. A lot.

Woari happened to look down- and froze. 'High.... Look-away-look-away, look-away...' Her kitten mewled in her ear. She shut her eyes for a second, and started moving again.

A slow smile spreads on Loup's face, and he lets go of Zorvan's ear.

Zorvan follows quietly. He doesn't stop glaring though.

Waori mutters under her breath about fire mages as she climbs.

"What about a mage that can USE fire?" Loup asked perceptively.

"They burn down the tower, and leave us all to die." she growled.
((Gah, must sleep....))

The caves were deep, they twisted, turned, and coiled down into the mountain. This place was a labyrinth to most, and a sanctuary to one. It was not prone to visitors, yet here they came, oblivious to their destinations calling. Willing their own ends. But for every ending, there is a new beginning. As the group ascended the cliff, the climate would take a direct turn towards a storm. Clearly too sudden too be a natural occurrence. A strong gusting wind, and jagged shards of ice ripped through the sky, smashing into rock and all that lay upon it.

They say the climb down is always more dangerous, and in such situations this was no fib. The cave would seem only more welcoming now, a shield against the worsening storm.

Loup laughs, muttering about how she had no idea, then glanced at the sky.

"... That's not right. I didn't do it!" Zorvan exclaims, expecting that he would, of course, be blamed. He did have the weather spell of chaos...

"Shush Zorvan, I know it wasn't you."

"..." Zorvan says, eloquently.

"What are your thoughts on this, Zorvan?" Loup asked, watching him closely.

"Looks off. Not the natural path for storms. To fast." Zorvan says.

"Indeed. Good or ill?"

"Well, from the sharp bits of ice, I'd say ill. I could try to disrupt it with my own spell..." He looks at his feet. "But I'd probably make it worse. And pink."

"I believe in you Zorvan. I always have, all you need is focus."
