[There is a tunnel system with a boy and a girl, and a set of double doors.]

[The young girl, in her early teens, looks at a set of double doors.]

[YG] They should be arriving soon.

[A boy and girl walk in. The doors lock behind them.]

[SH] Welcome. We have been expecting you. My name is Shali, and this here is my older brother Jaime.

[The boy in the cave looks up from his book and smiles pleasantly. He then goes back to reading.]

[B] Where are we, and how did we get here?

[SH] You are in a space between time. You got here because I typed you here.

[SH types, and ears and a tail grow back out.]

[SH] You are two of the few me and my brother have chosen to make a new life with. We chose you because we knew you didn't like the way the world was.

[Jaime looks up.]

[JA] You can be anything you want here, go by any name you want.

[IR] Then call me Iratune.

[AI] Call me Airya

[SH] Alright. Is there a race you would rather be?

[The two whisper to each other, then turn to face SH]

[AI] Half dragon.

[IR] Pheonix.

[SH smiles, and types something. IR gets wings, and AI gets wings and scales.]

[AI] COOL!

[IR flexes his wings, amazed.]

[IR] Can I fly with these?

[SH] Jaime, you can explain it all to them.

[JA sighs.]

[JA] You can fly, but not far at this point. The main reason is because your wings aren't strong enough yet, since they are brand new.

[AI] How do we make them stronger?

[SH] Practice!

[IR] Oh.

[Realizing that they weren't going to let him read more, JA sighs and puts his book away.]

[SH] Don't look so down about this, bro. There'll be plenty of time to read later, right now we've got to show them around!

[IR and AI] There's more?

[JA] 'Course. SHALI made it, after all. I should never have given her the keyboard...

[SH] At least I don't abuse it like Rask! She made BC fry her own boyfriend!

[JA] Don't bring RaoI into this!

[SH] Fine. I'll show you guys around.

[SH leads the two deeper into the tunnel system, past the kitchen, a bathroom, a swimming room, through a living room, and into a hallway with two rooms in it.]

[SH] These are the bedrooms. The one on the left is the girls, the other is the boys.

[JA runs to catch up.]

[JA] I call top bunk!

[SH] Jaime,

[IR] It's ok, I don't mind.

[SH] Well, AI, you get top bunk in our room.

[AI] Alright.

[SH] Can you two find your way back to the main room without me? I'm gonna take the climbing route, and there is only room for one person on that route.

[IR] Alright.

[AI] Fine by me.

[SH] Thanks.

[A few minutes later, everyone is in the main room.]

[JA] Explain the rules to them, Shali.

[IR] Rules?

[SH] Yes, rules. You gonna listen?

[AI covers IR's mouth.]

[AI] Yes.

[SH] Alright. You saw those doors with sings on them?

[IR] The ones with a name written on them? Yeah.

[SH] You can only enter the one with your name on the door. For the others, you have to get permission.

[AI] Simple enough.

[SH] If you want to cook, get me.

[JA] Some of the things she keeps in there may LOOK normal, but are actually poisonous.

[SH glares at Jaime.]

[AI & IR] Alright.

[SH] Do you want to do something?

[IR] You got video games?

[JA grins.]

[SH] You need to ask? Better remedy that. Follow me!

[SH leads them into a room with a 40 inch tv, hundreds of video games, and hundreds of DVDs.]

[AI] WOW!

[IR] AWESOME!

[SH smiles, and leaves.]
