| @ aqua, maybe but a relatively small one and it would count as a special background. Backgrounds can be earned through gameplay, however cults are hard to form.
@shade Your wealth status is reflective of your current financial status, anything lower than your wealth in cost is an out of pocket expense, anything equal in cost to your wealth will set you back financially for a while.
