Setting

This RP is set in a few places.
Firstly there is Paragon City, a large city located in Rhode Island. It is divided into sections by the War Walls, which are used to keep the periodic invasions of the Rikti at bay.
Secondly there's the Rogue Isles, - you will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. Villains thrive here, backstabbing and robbing anyone dumb enough to be in their way.
Thirdly we have Millennium City, a high tech city built on the ruins of Detroit. This city has it's ups and downs, violent gangs rule the streets, too numerous for the many super's around to fight them.

For now, these are our only locations. More will happen as we play. At the moment we shall only pay attention to Paragon City.

So, as everything is going rather well, I plan to move this out of testing shortly.
What does this mean, you ask? Or don't, too bad.
First of all this means you can make more characters if you want. Secondly I'll be putting up maps of the cities. Third, and possibly most important, this means character power growth can and will happen, and I'll be making the story more important. Fourthly, ducks. With little paper mache top hats and canes made out of fish scales.
