Day 1 (The Facility)

((Okay, note, nobody knows about their powers or their names or anything that's going on outside, and they don't have any weapons with them at this time, if you chose weapon, you -will- get it very soon.))

All six of them are in the same area of the complex, but they're all in dark, concrete cells, with nothing in them except each person, each in their own cell, the size of about 7 foot by 7 foot. There is a small square of light coming from the window on the door, made of bullet-proof, impenetrable glass. The source of the light, if they looked outside, is coming from a single lamp hanging from the ceiling in the center of the room. Although they can see the ceiling, they can't see anything near the floor, as the window is taller than all of the characters, so they can only look up. The cells are on either side of the room, three on each side. Beth and Victoria are with Jordan, Victoria in the center cell, and Krori, James, and Eiyre are on the other side, with Krori in the center cell, James across from Jordan, and Eiyre across from Beth. ((They cannot see each other yet though.))

Krori groggily wakes up and looks around her cell, and feels the ground and door around her. "What? What is this?" she looks at the window and pounds it frantically, trying to break the glass. "Hello!? Is anyone there?! Hello!" Her nervousness rises and rises, and out of nowhere, the air around her hums, and the door creaks uneasily before suddenly tearing from the wall and shooting across the room, slamming against Victoria's door, leaving a large dent in it. "What the fuck?!"

Victoria awakes to the noise of metal slamming against metal, any hint of grogginess leaving her, only to be replaced by high alert. The force of the door hitting her own resonated throughout her cell, sending vibrations that seemed to rack her bones. Confused, she glances rapidly around her dank, dark cell, fear overwhelming her. No way to escape looked to be in sight, except for the small window that was completely out of her reach.

She gathered herself up, moving over to the wall with the glass settled within it. She jumped up, trying to touch it, but she could scarcely graze it with her fingers. Panicked, she began to scream, wordless, just razing her vocal cords. Her banshee's shriek continued on, and on, only pausing long enough for her to take in a breath. Her throat protested by sending a dull ache every time she made so much as a whimper, to which she responded by hitting the wall instead. Any attempts she made were futile, of course, for she had spaghetti arms and the wall was very thick. Frustrated, afraid, and in a state of panic, she sunk down to her knees, at her wit's end.

The first thing Eiyre does when she wakes up is reach around instinctively for a bed. Failing to find one, she searches for the button on her visor so she can see. Its about when she realizes she doesn't know where the button is, what shape it is, or even who she is, that she starts screaming. She can scream loudly for such a frail looking girl. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!" she yells, banging her hands against the walls. "Let me out! Where am I?!" she yells.
Unconsciously, her magnetic ability activates, stressing the hinges on the door to her cell.

(Are the doors metal?)

Krori tentatively steps towards the door, and the air stops humming, and she feels very dizzy, and has to brace herself against the now exposed doorframe to refrain from falling over.

When she recovers her stability, she pays attention to her surroundings and hears the screeching coming from the cell directly in front of her, and walks over to the cell and pounds on the door. "Hello?" As she speaks, she hears the cell behind her and the doors hinges stressing, and warily watches. ((Yes, they are. ))

Victoria vaguely hears a voice coming from outside of her door, accompanied by the sound of pounding, and she stops sulking only to move over to the only thing stopping her escape. "Help me!" she shouts, smacking her palms against the cold metal. "Get me out of here!" Ignoring the sting in her throat, she continues her assault against the dented door, her hands quickly fading from cream to pink to red.

Focusing on one thing at a time, Krori attempts to block out the pounding of the door behind her. "It's okay, just hang on, I'm going to get you out of there, I'm-" At this point, Krori realizes that she doesn't know who she is, where she is, or what the hell is going on, but composes herself for Victoria's sake. "Okay, what's in there with you, and you have to stop pounding on the door, otherwise you'll hurt yourself." She presses her hand up against the handle, and feels the lock and handle, trying to figure out if there's a way she can open it. When she touches the lock, her hand looks like its getting smaller. She shrugs it off, assuming that its just a trick of the eye, and then looks at it again, and it's still shrinking, taking the form of what looks like a lock.

Jimmy looks around him, once, ascertaining his immediate surroundings. Instinct kicks in, and he begins to analyze possible escapes. His mind ignores the lack of memory, focusing on the here and now. He breathes steadily, concentrating, before attempting an open palm strike to the glass of his door, grunting as he instinctively channels his muscles and energy into one smooth, focused point, striking a terrific blow to the glass. Hearing the voices around him, he instinctively moves onto the balls of his feet, attempting to silence his movements as much as possible, beginning to regret his open palm strike.

She obediently follows Krori's instructions, ceasing her attack on the door. Standing back, Victoria braces herself for a situation similar to what she felt earlier--what sounded like a train hitting into something solid. "There's nothing in here but me. But who are you? And where am I? What's going on?" she speaks in a scratchy voice, her vocal cords overworked from all the screaming before.

The glass cracks in a spiderweb pattern, but holds.

The hinges on Eyire's door shoot out of place, and attach to the door, which then proceeds to fall over.

Krori's hand stops shifting, and she looks at it curiously, trying to figure out what the hell is going on with her. Focusing on the present situation, she tries the hand, now shaped as a key, in the lock of Victoria's door, which responds with a click, and the door opens.

After she finishes with Victoria's door, she flashes around to Eiyre's door, which impacted with the ground with yet another loud clash, and proceeds carefully to her cell, leaving Victoria to come out of her cell while she helps the others, but talks to her as she walks over. "I don't know right now, but we need to focus on helping the others, so come on out."

Jimmy stretches, listening and determining where the voices are in relation to the cell. He readies himself for a fight, stretching slowly so as to ease his cramped muscles. Grimacing, he rubs his hand over his face, to discover he has grizzled stubble. Grunting again, he looks around for anything that could be used to view his reflection, before shrugging and turning back to the door. There were other, more important things to focus on at the moment. He glares at the door, and gets into a ready position, waiting for an attack that his mind is screaming at him will happen.

Taking a nervous step out of the cell, she finds herself feeling somewhat exposed. In the cell, she was surrounded by four seemingly unbreakable walls, and although Victoria was in a state of extreme panic, at least she felt somewhat safe at the time. Relief flooded her mind, however, now that she was out of her cell, and with someone that she immediately trusted for getting her out.
A wave of lethargy swept over her, the source of which was unknown to her. "How did you get me out? How are you planning on opening the other doors?" Her bombard of questions sounded strangely clear to her, as she had just spent the past few minutes screaming her lungs out.

"Don't worry about it right now, lets just get them out of here, okay?" She decides that the door that was just hit by a force, but was the only door that didn't come down in the first blow was more the priority than the other, and cautiously walks over to it, speaking to the resident inside. "I'm going to let you out now, the rest of us just escaped from our cells, and don't want to harm you."

Beth sits in her cell, humming softly. She's not sure who she is, or where, but she really doesn't seem to care. Her head is tilted, a small smile playing across her lips as she stares at the light in front of the window in her door. Come to think of it, she's not sure where that came from, either, but it is certainly pretty. Could be better, though.

((Ummmm, there is no flame in front of her window?))

Jimmy says nothing, but a smile breaks out on his face. If he had known anything about himself, or if the others outside the door had, and could see it, they would know that it meant trouble. Fighting was Jimmy's love, and he reveled in it. Of course, not knowing this, he simply knew that he was looking forward to a good fight. He didn't trust the voice at all, and he felt that the voice was in some way responsible for his capture. People lied, and he accepted that fact readily, so he had never truly trusted anyone before, and that trait seemed to have stuck with him through the amnesia.

Krori attempts one more time to make contact to the man inside the cell, "Come on, don't be like that, we know you're in there, you just bashed your window."

Eventually, Beth gets bored staring at the light. She stands up, stretching, and tries to look out the window, still humming quietly. She presses both palms up against the glass, trying to pull herself up to take a peek. Small thumps can be heard as she jumps up and down to peer out.

He growls, wanting to fight. As he does so, his fist seems heavier to him, but he shrugs it off as simple fatigue, and throws another strong strike against the glass, this time using his fist rather than an open palm strike.

Victoria seemed fidgety as she stood in front of the cell Krori was speaking to the resident of. "Are you sure this is a good idea? You don't know who could be in there. It could be a serial killer for all you know!" Growing nervous at her own words, she stepped back a little, expecting the worst. She couldn't help but talk, for she had so much to ask and talking just helped her anxiety. "Maybe we should just get out of here while we can. We're sitting ducks out here!"
The small thuds of Beth bouncing up to reach the window proceeded to worry Victoria further. Every little noise seemed to echo off the walls, and needless to say, she was thoroughly freaked out. The sound of the impact against the glass forced a yelp out of her, causing her to jump back a short distance. "We're going to die if we stay near whoever is inside there!"

The window shatters, spraying glass all over the floor, as well as Krori and Victoria. The force of the punch didn't just break the glass, but before the pressure on the glass caused it to shatter, the obviously old lock buckled, and the door flew open.

"Stop! We don't want any trouble, we're just as confused as you!" She takes a step back from the door, although she cannot see the perpetrator yet.

With a roar, Jimmy attacks, using an axe kick to strike Victoria before grabbing Krori and putting her into a sleeper hold.

Before the kick can hit Victoria, an energy field goes up around her, although Krori is not close enough to be inside it's radius, and Jimmy impacts the side of it, a static wave coursing through his body, and he's thrown back. Krori proceeds to back up even further.

It was impossible to fight the urge to flee once the door was ajar. However, her legs did little to carry her far enough to escape the wrath of her assaulter, but she found herself in a strange half-sphere of energy. She looks frantically at Krori, desperately trying to convey the words 'Help me' with her eyes.

He turns his fall into a roll, spinning back to face them. His fighting grin has gotten bigger, and there is a fire in his eyes as he contemplates the new challenge. In his mind, he processes maneuvers and tactics in a blur, determining the best next attack. All of this happens in the space of a few seconds, and he switches to a more open stance. He has his sights set on Victoria, as she was the most threatening at the moment.

Krori looks back at Victoria, and nods, trying to reassure her that there wasn't anything wrong, and to just stay put and keep there. Krori looks at Jimmy, and speaks urgently, "Why won't you listen, we don't want to hurt you!"
