Insane Academy

Loup sighs deeply for a moment, looking highly conflicted. "Oh very well. I will show you what I look like," he grumbles, setting everyone down. "I would simply ask that you not defecated," he mutters, looking entirely serious.

Samuas steps into the academy, and looks around.

Ten thousand points of light surround Loup, shooting into him. He pulses with energy and white light, a glowing corona surrounding him. His physical features blur, seeming to melt away. He shoots up to twelve feet tall, losing all of his physical features. His circlet glows blue, flashing with its own power and energy. The light from Loup is overpowering, shooting straight up into the sky. By this point, the entire realm could sense the power of this transformation, but it had not yet completed. The ground scorched around him from the energy, yet the people around him felt no heat. Lightning flashed, striking Loup and filling him with a weird green light, flames surrounding him. It certainly seemed like a strange welcoming for the newcomer, the light surrounding Loup visible for miles.

"Uh, I guess I'm here then..." Samuas looks at Loup, double checking his application to make sure he was at the right place.

[color=blue]"WHAT PURPOSE BRING YOU HERE, MORTAL?!" Loup booms at Samuas, a blade [appearing in his hand./color]

"I am here to train under basic studies and magic, why else would I be here?" Samuas keeps his spell book close at hand.

((God damnit.))
"And why should I teach you?!"

Samuas hands him a letter from his master before he died, a letter explaining the urgency of Samuas being trained ((I'll type you up the full letter on skype if you wish...))

((Cool. Do dat.))

Loup reads the letter, frowning at it for a moment, before pulling out an ornate black pocket watch.

((Run. Run now.))
"Well, young man, your teacher makes an interesting argument. However, as my watch informed me, you are several DAYS late for my class, and I am not in the habit of taking late students."

Zorvan stops his rhyming and dancing, and fate hangs in the balance before shattering into a dozen Kiwi birds and three decades of tigers, but that's unimportant. He looks closely upon this new student and his smile widens wider that Cheshire ever wish. He fades from where he is, appearing in blacks smoke before this Samuas. His eyes dark and starry, his cloak still covering his arm in dark energy, he strikes a very imposing figure, dark and mysterious. His hair has grown long, and gives the impression of shadows in the night. His ears, always pointy, have grown longer as well, making him look even more inhuman. "Well well well! How about this! A little child sent with a letter one could not miss! Mortal mage of combat? Couldn't beat a rat!" With that his face is very shortly a rats visage, and then returns to its previous state. Zorvan laughs. "Have no fear, former mentor, I'll take this one! It's the least I could have done!" He laughs once more before re-clasping his cloak. He swiftly turns back to normal, save for his face splitting grin.

"Thanks, that means a lot." he smiles back, flipping through his spell book, and comprehending the blank pages.

"Thank you, I'll try not to fumble this chance like my brother did..."

"Oh, mentor!" Zorvan laughs, fading into the blue mist.

"Wait- is that the chaos mage that my master talked about?" Samuas said with increasing worry in his voice.

Zorvan's voice laughs, a deep sound that reverberates in the souls of those who hear it.

"I have a spell book, or is that not what you meant?"

"Oh, thank you! I really appreciate it."

Meelan poked her head into the hallway, blinking. "Loup? Why's Zorvy acting crazy again?"

Loup blinks at the foolish question. Also at the fact that everyone seems so calm to see him as a towering ball of light, covered in spectral fire.
"Probably it is in his nature to be...?"

"I don't know Zorvan, but I heard stories, is really as bad as I've heard?"
