The only thing this has in common with Harry Potter is the world. Which means: Platform 93/4, Hogwarts, and Diagon Alley((Or what ever it's called)).
One requirement
I intend to keep this going for a LONG time, so I would like everyone to start out as first years. I realize this may seem like a lot to ask, but think about it for a second. It gives your characters more time to develop, gives opportunity for a more in depth plot, and also makes it so that you can torment Draco more. ((I HATE HIM! Gr!))

| Furthermore, while wandless magic does exist in this universe, it is almost impossible to get the slightest control, so BAD SAFIRE! XD While yes, you could indeed say Accio wand! You'd be more likely to either get a wand to the eye, or no effect at all, rather than to actually be able to get the wand to your hand. | |
