New Name Change Rules.

Users will no longer be able to change their username, due to certain people (they know who they are) constantly using it until us admins got a headache. If you want to change your username from this point on, PM one of us admins and we'll get around to it probably fairly quickly IF we deem your requested name appropriate, and you haven't changed your name for at least 3 months, and we also reserve the right to reject your requested name change without any reason required.

Note: I reserve no such right. I will always have a reason and be willing to state it. Thank you, have a nice day, all that friendly person stuff.
